FAQ

• WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED, GURL?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be packaged & shipped. Unfortunately, we all still got day jobs, and you know some weeks are just ROUGH. We do our best to get things out fast, but if you need something for a specific date just contact us with your order number and we'll try to get it to ya in time. 

 

• WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM / TO?

Our pins, patches, and bandanas are sent out from Los Angeles and ship worldwide! 

Our made-to-order products (embroidered hats, embroidered shirts, etc.) are shipped from different facilities (depending on your location) through our partner Printful.com.

If you order a pin and a hat, or a bandana and a shirt, or a pin and a shirt, or a... you get it... you'll get two different shipments. One from us in LA (It'll look like a cute little manila package that says GAYPIN' on it) and one from Printful (in slightly fancier packaging).

 

• WHERE THE FUQ IS IT?

We are not responsible for packages that have been mis-delivered, but do e-mail us and we'll be happy to help however we can! 

 

• EH. I'M A FICKLE BITCH & DON'T WANT IT ANYMORE

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at gaypinguys@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt (45 days for international orders) and we'll do what we can to make it right! (we do not refund shipping and you are responsible for the return postage.) The item(s) must be in full sellable condition upon its return to be eligible for a refund.
